Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

This shipping policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and therefore should be read alongside the Main Terms.

 

1. KEY SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Cut off time: 10:00 AM (GMT -04:00) Atlantic Standard Time.

  • Handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Delivery time: 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping for all orders.

  • Currency: All prices on our site are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars) unless in Canada, where they are displayed and charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

  • Shipping Territory: We ship only within the 49 US States and Canada.

  • Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific.

 

    2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & FULFILLMENT

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

    • Standard Fulfillment: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times typically vary from 5-7 business days.

    • Product-Specific Timing: Please refer to individual product pages for the most up-to-date shipping estimates, as some specialized items or heavy equipment may require additional handling time.

    • High-Volume Events: During high-volume sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or major holiday promotions), processing and shipping times may be extended.

    • Legal Notice: In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, this policy and your order confirmation serve as your written contract. Please save or print a copy for your records.

     

    3. ORDER SHIPMENT & TRACKING

    We primarily use major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and various LTL freight carriers, for larger simulator components. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided.

    If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@elevatedgolfsimulators.com.

     

    4. CANCELLATIONS

    You may cancel your order at any point before it has been dispatched. Once an item has shipped, it must be handled under our Return Policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

     

    5. DELAYED ORDERS & CANADIAN CONSUMER RIGHTS

    While we strive for a total delivery window of 9 business days (2 for dispatch + 7 for transit), delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, please contact us with your order number.

    Shipping Options

    Our base standard shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5 and 7 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order and it has been processed.  All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5 to 7 business days.

    Delayed Orders

    Max 2 days to dispatch and max 7 days for transit adds up to 9 days. If this time has passed and your order has not arrived, please stay patient and wait it out for 3 additional days - delays can occur for various reasons (weather, issues with the delivery service, etc.).

    6. TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

    As a Canadian-registered entity shipping to US customers, we ensure all orders are delivered "Duties Paid" for the customer where possible. However, customers are responsible for any applicable state-level sales taxes calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
