SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard shipping is completely free on most orders within the lower 48 US States.
*exceptions for CAD orders and some suppliers require shipping costs to be implemented for fair competition.
We ship to the lower 48 states in the United States and to Canada.
For Canadian orders - Shipping, handling & Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Handling Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
Note: During high-volume events, including but not limited to, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, processing may take slightly longer. Check individual product pages for specific lead times on custom enclosures or heavy freight items.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will email you tracking information within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@elevatedgolfsimulators.com.
TECHNICAL & INSTALLATION
Space requirements vary by setup, but for a comfortable experience, we recommend:
Width: 10–12 feet.
Length: 12–15 feet (to allow for swing room and sensor distance).
Height: 9–10 feet (the most critical dimension to ensure you don't hit the ceiling with your driver).
Yes! Most of our simulators are designed for DIY installation. We provide detailed manuals and videos. However, for large screen enclosures and ceiling mounts, having a second person to help is highly recommended.
For commercial or very large simulator setups it is advised to hire a professional team to ensure it is setup correctly.
A high-speed internet connection is required for initial software activation, downloading new courses, and playing online multiplayer modes. Some launch monitors allow for "offline" practice, but the best experience is found online.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
For American customers - the prices are displayed and processed in USD (United States Dollars).
For Canadian Customers - the prices are displayed and processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Cancelled orders with payments that have been captured are subject to a 5% fee due to payment processing costs. RETURNS & WARRANTIES
We offer a return window for most products, provided they are in their original packaging and unused. Please refer to our full Return Policy page for specific details on restocking fees and return shipping.
Yes. All electronics (launch monitors, projectors) come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. We only sell authentic products from top-tier brands to ensure you are fully covered.
The warranties are specific to the brand of the product you are purchasing.
